Tsunami Jepang, 11 Maret 2011

TOKYO - A television footage shows the tsunami waves swept dozens of cars, boats, and buildings in Tokyo. A large boat carried by a wave of direct ocean waves crashing into a retaining wall in Kesennuma in Miyagi Prefecture.

The officers are still getting details of the impact damage, the number of injured victims, and the death toll from the earthquake.

In the heart of Tokyo's great buildings shake. The workers took to the streets for cover. A TV footage showed a building on fire and thick smoke covered. Thus was launched from the Associated Press, on Friday (03/11/2011).

A large hall at Kudan Kaikan, collapsed and the number of wounded is still unknown.

The footage is also seen in office workers Sendai clashing. Books and papers were falling. Records also show a bus stop from glass shattered by the quake.

Japan has just hit by an earthquake measuring 8.9 on the Richter scale followed by a tsunami wave that reached a height of 6 meters.
